Denial of Enrollment

Enrollment at Animsomaniac may be declined if a student’s commitment to animation, expressed intent or dedication to building a meaningful future with Animsomaniac is not aligned. This includes situations where the student approaches the program with a lack of seriousness, displays a non-committal attitude, or fails to demonstrate a sincere pursuit of a constructive path with Animsomaniac.

Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Upon enrollment and payment of the non-refundable NPR 2,000 registration fee, students get a five-business-day window to opt for withdrawal from the school without incurring any financial penalty, except for the non-refundable registration fee.

During this initial five-day period, students are entitled to a complete refund of all fees and tuition paid, excluding the non-refundable registration fee.

After the five days, students are not eligible to withdraw their admission from the school. Withdrawal can be initiated by emailing: admin@animsomaniac.com with a clear request for withdrawal. Any cancellation or withdrawal refund payments will be issued within 30 days.

Accepted Payment Methods

Animsomaniac exclusively conducts all transactions in a virtual format. Animsomaniac accepts fees payments through direct bank deposits and electronic payment methods such as Online Bank Transfer, E-Sewa and IPS Connect. Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information, and transaction security is ensured through industry-standard measures. Payment confirmations will be issued through emails, and users can refer to the school's refund policy for any applicable conditions. Transaction records will be maintained, and users may request them for reference. Animsomaniac reserves the right to update accepted payment methods and will notify users in advance of any changes.

Class Adjustments or Instructor Substitution

Animsomaniac reserves the right to cancel a class if the number of enrolled students falls below a viable threshold or if an instructor withdraws for any reason. Animsomaniac may also withhold class while assigning an alternative instructor in cases where an instructor withdraws either before the term's commencement or during an ongoing term.

Instructor Absence

In the event of an instructor's nonattendance during a scheduled class, regardless of whether the absence is intentional or inadvertent, students are entitled to a rescheduled class arrangement. The instructor or substitute instructor will make every effort to accommodate the students at the most convenient replacement time and day, however, it should be noted that Animsomaniac cannot ensure that the substitute class will be scheduled at a specific time or day that aligns with every student's availability. Should a student be unable to participate in the substitute class, they are not eligible for a proportional refund of any kind.

Attendance and Assignment Standards

Every week, students are expected to submit their assignments no later than one hours before the commencement of their scheduled class. This time frame allows the system ample time to process and publish the submitted materials, ensuring accessibility for both the instructor and fellow students for review during the class session. Assignments received after this specified period will be considered as late submissions, incurring a deduction of 10% from the total score.

Students should strive to attend all the class sessions in which they are enrolled, and submit their assignments timely. Non-attendance may impact class grade or academic standing unless the student communicates a special situation (such as a conflicting schedule) to the instructor and participates and communicates through messaging to compensate.

Termination/ Dismissal

Students who disregard the terms of admission, the established standards of conduct, the terms of use specified for the website www.Animsomaniac.com, or non-payment concerns, may undergo evaluation for potential dismissal from Animsomaniac. To address any issues, students are required to communicate via email to admin@animsomaniac.com. The outcome of the dismissal process will determine whether students would retain the option to reapply to Animsomaniac at a later date based on the nature of the dismissal.

Leave of Absence Policy

Enrolled students at Animsomaniac have the flexibility to request a leave of absence for valid reasons by communicating to admin@animsomaniac.com. However, it is important to note that if a student consecutively misses classes for five days without a genuine reason, Animsomaniac reserves the right to terminate their enrollment. Please be aware that students terminated in this manner will not be eligible for any refunds.

In the event of termination, the opportunity to reapply to Animsomaniac will only be considered if the student can provide substantial reasons for their absence. It's crucial to understand that missed classes will not be repeated, and students are required to refer to recorded materials for any content they may have missed.

Program participants must inform us via email about any planned leave of absence or term break before the registration deadline for the subsequent term. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal from the program.
